The Houston Texans have been hit with a ton of injuries as of late, specifically on the offensive side of the ball. Nico Collins was put on IR with a hamstring injury earlier in the year. And even though he is getting close to a comeback, Stefon Diggs was lost for the year with a torn ACL.
There were also questions heading into this week surrounding the health of Tank Dell, who was listed as questionable with a back injury. However, Houston expects the second-year star to play, according to Aaron Wilson of KPRC in Houston.
Dell is coming off his best game of the year with six catches and 126 yards against the New York Jets in a Week 9 loss. On the season, Dell has caught 30 passes for 355 yards and two touchdowns. Going against arguably the best team in football the Detroit Lions on Sunday night, Houston will need all the help they can get to overcome the juggernaut in the NFC.
