HOUSTON (KIAH) — On average, it takes less than 30 minutes for Americans to become frustrated while waiting for their food delivery.
A survey conducted by Talker Research for Meals on Wheels America found that 21% of diners expect to be seated within 10 minutes or less upon entering a restaurant.
Additionally, nearly half of respondents indicated they would pay extra for faster delivery when ordering online.
