In the wake of recent pedestrian accidents involving students from Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (Cy-Fair ISD), parents are calling for more stringent safety measures. Two separate incidents drew public attention after students were struck by vehicles in close succession-one at a Cy-Fair ISD elementary school and another in the parking lot of Cypress Park High School.
