Grimes County, Tx ( FOX 44 ) – Update : The suspect has been identified as 45-year-old Elpidio Delion. He is possibly heading towards Houston with a license plate of 93C73ZA.
According to Sherriff Donald Sowell the suspect’s house has been cleared but the suspect is still at large. Officers are considering the suspect to be armed and dangerous. A male victim has been airlifted, and a woman has serious lacerations but is not considered critical.
The call came in just before 6:30 p.m. Police are in search of a suspect who attacked multiple people behind Shiro Grocery in Richards.
Two victims have been reported. Highway 30 has been shut down and neighbors of the suspect are being evacuated.
According to Grimes County Sherriff Donald Sowell, deputies are on the scene now and have no further information. We will have updates as they become available.
