HOUSTON – An argument between two cousins turned deadly on Thursday afternoon, marking the first homicide of the year in Houston. The incident happened around 2 p.m. at a residence in the 8400 block of Sterlingshire Street off Tidwell in northeast Houston. Police identified the suspect as 23-year-old Quinton Waldo Lee, who is now charged with murder.
