STAFFORD, Texas – Two documented gang members in Sugar Land have been arrested following an investigation into a large mail theft ring, according to the United States Postal Inspection Service.
Fugitives Robert Trujillo and Jason Lopez, both listed as documented gang members, were arrested by Houston police on May 7 in Stafford, Texas. The mail theft ring involved multiple suspects who were stealing mail to commit various financial crimes.
