A Texas man convicted of Theft an ATM from a southeastern Minnesota bank has been sentenced.
Law authorities recognized him as one of three individuals who connected the outside cash machine to a truck and forced it open in January.
The criminal complaint states that a pursuing sheriff’s deputy apprehended him in Iowa.
