FULSHEAR, Texas (KIAH) — According to recent data from the U.S. Census Bureau, the Houston-area suburb of Fulshear is rated the second fastest growing city in the U.S. Residents say the growth can be good for business, but it comes with challenges.
Last year, the City of Fulshear had over 54,000 people based on the U.S. Census. Residents say however, traffic is becoming more of an issue.
Tyler Risinger is the co-owner of Dozier’s BBQ in Downtown Fulshear. He says it was the only place to eat in Fulshear back in 1957. He sees the growth as a bonus for new faces that walk through the door, but he fears the redevelopment could affect his business…
