A new Firehouse Subs is slated to open at 11115 W Grand Parkway S, Suite 170, in Richmond, Texas. Construction is scheduled to begin in July 2025 and wrap up by September, according to state filings. The buildout covers a 1,378-square-foot space and is classified as new construction.
While the filing gives a specific suite number, the exact storefront location within the Aliana Shopping Center isn’t completely obvious yet. The complex already includes a Target, Raising Cane’s, EōS Fitness, and other well-known names. Based on the current tenant mix, Firehouse Subs will likely slot into one of the newer spaces along the eastern edge of the plaza.
