Texas Logistic & Fulfillment Moves into Former Amazon Facility, Bringing Jobs and Innovation to Fort Bend County

A major transition in Fort Bend County’s logistics scene is underway, as Texas Logistic & Fulfillment Services LLC takes over the former Amazon facility at 12900 W Airport Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77478, ushering in a new era of high-tech, climate-controlled warehousing and inclusive workforce development.

Replacing Amazon in the 300,000-square-foot building, Texas Logistic & Fulfillment is converting the site into one of Greater Houston’s largest HVAC-enabled third-party logistics (3PL) hubs. The move aligns with the company’s broader expansion strategy and Sugar Land’s vision of attracting innovative, job-generating businesses that bolster regional infrastructure.
