The Fulshear Senior Center, a longtime favorite among local residents aged 60 and older, is officially open at the Irene Stern Community Center—and one of its most popular programs is making its debut next week. Starting Monday, July 28, 2025, seniors can enjoy Bingo-cize, an innovative activity that blends classic bingo with gentle physical exercises designed to promote mobility, balance, and overall wellness.
Open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the center offers far more than just bingo. Thanks to the partnership with Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels, visitors can enjoy nutritious hot meals daily, along with arts and crafts, field trips, fitness activities, computer access, health screenings, and even transportation assistance when needed.
“This center is about more than just staying busy—it’s about staying connected and healthy,” said Shonda Thomas, Senior Center Manager for Fort Bend Seniors, in a previous statement about the reopening. “We’re excited to see programs like Bingo-cize bring joy while supporting wellness.”…
