Memorial Hermann Health System has acquired a large tract of land northwest of Houston, paving the way for continued expansion in the suburbs.
The health system has not announced its plans for the 40.3 acres, located along U.S. 290 at James Muse Parkway in Waller. The land is part of Beacon Hill, a 587-acre housing and commercial development.
The health system bought the land from the Houston-based land development firm Wolff Companies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed in Waller County property records…
