When the unexpected happens—whether it’s a hurricane, house fire, or medical emergency—being ready can make all the difference. This fall, Tomball Fire Rescue is giving local residents the chance to be that difference for their families and neighbors.
Starting Tuesday, September 9, Tomball’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Training returns with an eight-week, hands-on course designed to teach everyday people how to respond confidently and safely in a crisis. The free program runs every Tuesday through October 28, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Tomball Fire Station 1, located at 1200 Rudel Rd, Tomball, TX 77375.
While the course is free, registration is required—and spots often fill quickly. Residents can scan the QR code on the official flyer or sign up online at tomballtx.gov…
