A 359-acre master planned community west of Rosenberg is taking shape as developers continue to push Houston’s exurban edge farther into rural Fort Bend County.
Called Holly Ridge, the community will eventually feature more than 1,000 homes positioned for cost-conscious buyers, according to developer the Signorelli Co. The project is rising along U.S. 90 Alternate, about seven miles west of Rosenberg and 42 miles southwest of downtown Houston.
