The 2025 Fort Bend County Fair Queen Scholarship Contest is officially underway, launching with a spirited and educational start that blends personal growth with long-standing tradition.
Earlier this month, candidates gathered for Enrichment/Derby Day, an event designed to prepare them for the responsibilities of representing Fort Bend County as Fair Queen. The day’s sessions covered leadership development, social media presence, professional fashion and presentation, and career-building skills—reflecting the scholarship program’s commitment to preparing young women for success both on and off the fairgrounds.
