FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas — A serious crash shut down part of State Highway 36 in Needville on Thursday morning, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said a two-vehicle crash involving a car and an 18-wheeler happened near Dannhaus Road. One person was airlifted with serious injuries. Deputies later confirmed that the male driver of the sedan died.
