A massive new community is coming to Harris County, and it’s planting roots right between Houston and Galveston.
Brookfield Residential and CDC Houston have earmarked 1,066 acres in the booming Southeast corridor for a master-planned development called Midline—named for its midpoint location along Interstate 45, where Bay Area Boulevard and FM 528 meet. The property itself straddles Harris County and Galveston counties, with the northern portion located in the City of Houston’s jurisdiction and the southern half in League City.
