Salad and Go, an Arizona-founded drive-thru chain known for its affordable salads, will close 41 restaurants across Texas.
The closures will include all locations in Houston, Austin and San Antonio, which accounts for roughly two-thirds of the company’s locations in the state. A few locations in Dallas will remain open, alongside stores in Oklahoma, Arizona and Las Vegas. All impacted stores will be closing Sept. 19, according to Restaurant Business.
