SUGAR LAND, Texas (CW39) — Investigators believe a deadly shooting spree that left three people dead, including the suspect, began with a domestic disturbance in Sugar Land.
Authorities said William Lewis shot and killed Shelly Perrault before she crashed her car on Dairy Ashford on Thursday.
Police then said Lewis then allegedly drove to a mechanic shop on Fondren Road, a place he had used before, but investigator still don’t know the motive. Witnesses told police that Lewis shot the shop owner and also killed a bystander who was recording the scene across the street…
