FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas — A 134-acre mixed-use retail center is nearing completion after 15 years.
Houston-based Read King Commercial Real Estate said it broke ground in July on the third apartment complex in its Waterview Town Center in Fort Bend County and has two more commercial tenants — including a Shake Shack — coming soon.
