Big cool down on the way for Southeast Texas

HOUSTON (KIAH) — Enjoy the warmth while it lasts, because big changes are right around the corner. After a stretch of quiet weather and near-record highs in the 80s, a strong cold front is set to sweep through Southeast Texas Tuesday night.

The front could spark a few showers or isolated thunderstorms Tuesday evening, but the bigger story will be the gusty north winds and much cooler air behind it.
