Katy’s dessert scene is about to get a lot sweeter.
Melt N Dip, a chocolate-lover’s dream come true, is bringing its signature lineup of crepes, waffles, gelato, and over-the-top desserts to 21788 Katy Freeway, Suite 300, right next to the upcoming Matari Coffee location. Both shops are part of a locally led project from Raheel Suria, a Houston-area entrepreneur who’s transforming the former Alternate Reality Escape Room space into two new suites—each around 2,000 square feet and currently under renovation.
Construction will begin in mid-December, and renovations for both Melt N Dip and Matari Coffee are expected to wrap up by mid-February 2026…
