A unique and culturally rich coffeehouse experience is brewing in Katy, as Matari Coffee Co. prepares to open its newest location at 21788 Katy Freeway, Suite 400, in the bustling shopping center alongside Tiff’s Treats, Jinya Ramen Bar, and Fadi’s Mediterranean Grill. Renovations will begin in mid-December 2025, with projected completion around mid-February 2026.
The Katy outpost will mark the next chapter for a brand that has quickly gained a following for its deep roots, authentic flavors, and rich heritage.
