CYPRESS, TX – On November 10, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a stolen vehicle report in the 15000 block of Mason Road. The vehicle owner told deputies they had witnessed a male suspect take their vehicle.
Deputies quickly began searching the area and located the stolen vehicle nearby. A traffic stop was conducted, and the driver was identified as 18-year-old Nicholas Sayon. The vehicle owner positively identified Sayon as the person who had stolen their vehicle.
Further investigation revealed that Sayon was out on a $100 bond for a prior theft offense that occurred on November 6, 2025. Sayon was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Auto Theft. His bond was set at $1,500 out of the 495th District Court…
