Texas cuisine is reigning supreme after snagging 10 spots on OpenTable’s 2025 Top 100 Restaurants list.
Eight of the ten restaurants on the list, determined by diner ratings rather than critics, are in Austin: Aba, Clark’s Oyster Bar, J Carver’s, Jeffrey’s Restaurant, Red Ash Italia, Sammie’s Italian, Suerte and Uchi Austin.
The remaining two restaurants are BCN Taste & Tradition in Houston and Mister Charles in Dallas. All the restaurants boast a star rating of either 4.8 or 4.9 from over 200 reviews…
