Veranda Dellbrook draws inspiration from a concept developed by KTGY’s Research + Development Studio, known as “The Patch,” which anticipated the rising demand from renters seeking to move from traditional stacked apartments to detached homes. By thoughtfully adapting this concept, KTGY’s designers and Empire Homes created a cottage-style community that blends the privacy of single-family living with the convenience of a professionally managed, highly amenitized neighborhood.
