A Tornado Watch is in effect northeast of Victoria. As of 7pm A very heavy group of thunderstorm is dropping heavy rain with strong gusty winds. A Flash Flood watch has been issued for Jackson, Wharton and Fort Bend Counties. Numerous flashed of lightning and strong thunder claps are occurring. The flooding will affect driving on HWY 59 into Houston for the next few hours.
