Houston, TX — A major milestone in the future of sustainable and affordable housing has officially begun in Texas. Zuri Gardens, an 80-home community built with cutting-edge 3D-printing technology, premiered its first printed home during a ribbon-cutting ceremony held on November 13, 2025.
The celebration, hosted by HiveASMBLD, The City of Houston, Eco Material Technologies, Cole Klein Builders, and LP Building Solutions, marked the launch of Houston’s first hybrid 3D-printed community and one of the largest affordable 3D-printed neighborhoods in the world.
