The city of Sugar Land will look a little more festive and lively beginning in December.
Starting Dec. 5, patrons can enjoy the Sugar Land Social District, an outdoor stretch encompassing the city’s dining, retail and entertainment scene where individuals can enjoy outdoor alcohol beverages in select areas between Sugar Land Town Square and First Colony Mall.
“This new social district isn’t just about enjoying a drink outdoors; it’s about creating a more connected and walkable community,” Teagan Trammell, strategic and government affairs management analyst for the city, said. “By encouraging people to explore our local restaurants and bars on foot, we’re strengthening the bonds between residents, visitors and businesses while showcasing the vibrant culture that makes Sugar Land stand out.”…
