Fort Bend ISD to focus elementary school rezoning, address new middle school boundaries

SUGAR LAND, Texas — Fort Bend ISD will unveil elementary school boundary scenarios and new middle school attendance zones at a Dec. 15 board workshop, accelerating its timeline after community members demanded earlier access to rezoning information.

The presentation will include proposed elementary boundary changes, possible school consolidations, and attendance boundaries for the opening of Amy Coleman Middle School, district officials said at a meeting Monday. However, the proposals will not address other middle or high school boundaries.
