According to official permit filings, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic will construct a 54,750-square-foot, three-story medical building in the southwest quadrant of Texas Heritage Marketplace—one of the region’s most anticipated mixed-use developments. Located at 1553 Heritage Oak Lane in Katy, TX 77494, the clinic is slated to break ground in March 2026 with a projected completion date of March 2027.
The future Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – West Katy will stand near the upcoming Target, EōS Fitness and other national and local retailers that are anchoring the sprawling 750,000+ square-foot retail destination near I-10 and Texas Heritage Parkway.
