The TDLR filing lists the project as new construction of an oil change facility. The building is planned at 1,648 square feet and is privately funded on private land. The estimated construction cost is $850,000. Work is scheduled to begin in February 2026, with completion listed for October 2026. No demolition or renovation work is included in the scope.
