The Brick House Tavern in Sugar Land may be converted into a Landry’s Kitchen in 2026, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation project filing.
Both restaurants are brands of Landry’s Inc., owned by Tilman J. Fertitta, the U.S. ambassador to Italy and owner the Houston Rockets. Landry’s Inc. has more than 600 dining establishments, serving a variety of cuisines.
