SUGAR LAND, Texas — A Sugar Land man is warning others who still use the mail to pay bills after eight of his checks were stolen and altered, all after he says he dropped them off inside a local post office.
He’s now the second victim we’ve reported on in the past two months to come forward with a similar complaint.
