Visit Sugar Land recently announced the launch of its Official Houston World Cup 2026 Host City Supporter planning portal, providing fans a one-stop resource for exploring special events and community experiences across Sugar Land for the world’s most celebrated sporting event. Sugar Land is an official Host City Supporter for the World Cup festivities in Houston.
Throughout summer 2026, Sugar Land Town Square and First Colony Mall will serve as the primary centers of activity, hosting a full lineup of match-day experiences, live entertainment, art installations for photo opportunities, international food and beverage stations, local merchant markets and cultural showcases celebrating the global spirit of the tournament.
