KATY, Texas — A Houston-area resident has claimed a $3 million top prize from a Texas Lottery scratch-off ticket, lottery officials said.
The winning ticket came from the game 500X Loteria Spectacular and was bought at Checkout #81, which is at 23206 Morton Ranch Road in Katy. The winner chose to remain anonymous.
