RICHMOND, Texas (Covering Katy News) — Fort Bend County Commissioners Court on Thursday approved the creation of a second Justice of the Peace position for Precinct 3 and unanimously appointed Kenneth Cannata to fill the role of judge.
Precinct 3 Commissioner Andy Meyers proposed Cannata’s appointment.
