SUGAR LAND, TX – Sugar Land police are investigating an aggravated robbery at a CVS pharmacy in the Greatwood area that led to multiple arrests and a dramatic escape attempt later the same day.
The robbery occurred around 1:56 a.m. Sunday at the CVS located at 1410 Crabb River Road. Police say four suspects entered the store and physically assaulted a clerk before fleeing with a bag of cash. The clerk suffered minor injuries and did not require hospital transport.
Houston Police were notified shortly after the robbery, and a pursuit followed. One suspect was initially apprehended, and through coordinated efforts between Houston Police and the Sugar Land Police Department, all four suspects were taken into custody.
