SUGAR LAND, Texas — What began as a routine traffic stop early Wednesday morning led to multiple charges against a driver, according to a post on Facebook by Sugar Land police.
Officers stopped the vehicle around 2:30 a.m. and during an inventory search, discovered a U.S. Postal Service mailbox key and mail that did not belong to the driver, police said.
