A crowded field of candidates has emerged in the March 3 primaries to replace Rep. Troy Nehls, who opted not to run for reelection for Texas’ 22nd Congressional District.
The district spans suburbs from Sugar Land and Katy to Pearland and parts of southwest Houston for the Congress member who will represent the community on federal issues, including immigration, disaster funding, health care and infrastructure.
With no incumbent on the ballot, the race is expected to be closely watched…
