K9 Rocky, a U.S. Marshals Service Belgian Malinois wounded during a southwest Houston manhunt last year, is officially back on his paws and in the spotlight. Rocky and his handler, Louis Deacon, were awarded Purple Hearts this week for their roles in the deadly case that began with the killing of a Brazoria County deputy and ended behind a Houston dumpster, as reported by KHOU.
