SUGAR LAND, Texas — Love was in the air in Sugar Land Saturday, and the wet weather around town didn’t dampen the romance.
Couples lined up at City Hall on Town Center Boulevard for a free mass wedding. According to organizers, 100 couples were set to tie the knot in a ceremony being offered at no cost.
