TEXAS — According to a study from WalletHub, Texas has four cities in the top 10 places in the country that have the most people experiencing financial distress.
Houston is the top Texas city, at No. 2 on the list, with Dallas, San Antonio and Austin coming in at Nos. 4, 6 and 9, respectively.
