While the second phase of the Dryer renovation project continues to see delays, the development announced that The Katy Train, a ride on model, will soon be available to the public.
The Dryer in downtown Katy is known as the historic backdrop and landmark of the city. In 2021 a Katy resident and developer bought it with big plans to turn it into an entertainment district for the community to enjoy as they sat amongst history. Now the project is experiencing delays due to denied approvals. While delays continue some exciting things are coming soon…
