North of Richmond in Fort Bend County, the new Evergrove master-planned neighborhood is lining up to be a serious new housing hub, with plans for roughly 1,655 homes and a focus on both move-up and luxury buyers. The community is laid out along Jones Creek and is slated to feature on-site recreation and generous green space, with larger lots aimed at families and buyers looking to trade up. Developers say model homes and sales are on track to begin in fall 2026.

Site work is already underway at Farm to Market Road 723 and Old Pecan Road, and the community is expected to open for sale in fall 2026, according to Toll Brothers.
