HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Toll Brothers and Tri Pointe Homes have acquired an assemblage of eight tracts of rural land along Telge Road, just north of the Grand Parkway, for the development of a 919-home community in the Tomball area.
The land, totaling about 445 acres in northern Harris County, was purchased from eight different sellers, Land Advisors Organization announced. The tracts range in size from four to 133 acres.
