Orange County is warning residents about a consumer alert involving a mailer being circulated in several communities that promotes Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing for home energy improvements.
According to the Orange County Consumer Protection Office, the advertised program promotes PACE financing for improvements such as solar panels, impact doors and windows, air conditioning systems, and roofing.
