A new steakhouse with a private lounge and very few public details is coming to Park Avenue.
Paradox is expected to open this summer at 326 S. Park Avenue in Winter Park, taking over the former Blu on the Avenue space. Blu closed in late August after 13 years serving seafood, sushi, and cocktails on the avenue. At the time, a sign on the door thanked guests for 13 years of memories and directed regulars to visit staff who had moved across the street to Bovine Steakhouse, with some Blu dishes expected to follow.
So far, Paradox is keeping things intentionally vague. Its website describes the concept as a modern steakhouse built around “intention, balance, composition, and consistency,” with a kitchen tied to a chef with Michelin-level pedigree, though no chef has been named publicly…
