ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A 21-year-old man was arrested at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom after he was accused of using a cellphone to secretly record video under a woman’s skirt while she waited in line for a ride.
Ryan Boufakeer of Orlando was taken into custody by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday night, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by News 6.
According to the affidavit, the incident occurred between approximately 7:05 and 7:15 p.m. while the victim was waiting in the Tron ride line. The victim told deputies she heard noises behind her, turned around and saw Boufakeer crouched on his hands and knees, holding a black iPhone with the camera angled upward toward her skirt…
