OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Osceola County officials have issued an immediate burn ban for all unincorporated areas of the county due to extended dry weather conditions that have increased the risk of wildfires.
Effective Monday, June 8, 2026, the burn ban prohibits all forms of outdoor burning, including open fire pits, campfires, and the burning of yard debris. County officials say the restriction will remain in place until weather patterns and vegetation conditions improve sufficiently to reduce fire danger.
